And following the successful market launch of the “small” HiPace models offering pumping speeds of between 10 and 700 liters per second, we have now rounded out this latest generation of forward-looking pump technology with four new HiPace sizes. In addition to analytical, vacuum process and semiconductor technology, these pumps also cover the needs of coating, research & development and industrial applications.
