The rotor/bearing design of this family of pumps is in use in over 50,000 pumps with an unrivaled Mean Time to Failure of > 200,000 hours. These pumps are able to achieve gas throughputs of 34 mbar l/s (2 slm), and all this comes in an ultra-compact design!
